Florida qualifying conditions
Florida law lists specific conditions and also provides limited pathways for certain comparable debilitating conditions, terminal conditions and chronic nonmalignant pain.
Florida law also addresses medical conditions of the same kind or class as or comparable to listed conditions, terminal conditions diagnosed by a physician other than the certifying physician, and chronic nonmalignant pain caused by a qualifying medical condition.
